The floor plan will be available at least two weeks before the conference. Exhibitors will be able to request locations at that time, with preference given based on the date of registration.
Email EducationDirector@APAaccess.org, and we will connect you with a hotel representative to arrange shipping materials. NOTE: The hotel doesn't have a way to get heavy, large items off a delivery truck. If you will be shipping something large or heavy, you will need to make sure the delivery truck can handle unloading the item(s).
APA will not share attendees' contact information. We will share a list of names, but the list will not contain contact information. Exhibitors are encouraged to offer a drawing at their booth to gather contact information.
The conference schedule fills up quickly. There are no opportunities to present at the 2026 conference, but presentation proposals for the 2027 conference are being accepted. Email EducationDirector@APAaccess.org for details.
Yes, free Wi-Fi will be available. The password will be shared with attendees.
Yes, official booth representatives are welcome to eat any of the snacks and meals provided to attendees.
The dress code is business casual.
