Requesting Accessibility Accommodations

To help us provide the seamless support you need, we invite you to share your accommodation requirements with us. To submit a request or discuss your specific needs, please email us at EducationDirector@APAaccess.org.

When emailing, please include:

  • Your full name and registration confirmation number (if already registered).

  • The specific accommodations or services you require (e.g., ASL interpretation, specific dietary needs, or physical navigation assistance).

Important Deadline: To ensure we can secure high-quality services, please submit all accommodation emails by December 31, 2026. We will make every effort to facilitate requests received after this date, but we cannot guarantee provider availability.

Continuing Education: APA is a registered provider with the American Institute of Architects (AIA/CES Provider #G583), the APA Certification Program (APAC Preferred Provider #101), the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR Provider #0007855 / License #PVD312), and the International Code Council (ICC Preferred Provider #1321), and it offers pre-verified credits for the ADA Coordinator Certification (ADACC). Numerous organizations, including the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, accept APA training for CE requirements; attendees are responsible for confirming course requirements for their licenses and certifications.
