Mr. Safranek is a licensed architect with nearly 40 years of experience who has focused on the technical aspects of the built environment. He has obtained numerous professional certifications related to accessibility, building codes, and architectural practice, including those of CASp, RAS, CBO, and CCCA. As an accessibility consultant over the past 15 years, he has conducted countless electronic plan reviews and surveys for accessibility compliance across the country, primarily for privately funded multifamily residential projects. His spectrum of surveys includes those for ongoing and completed new building construction, existing buildings related to pre- and post-sale due diligence, existing building/property condition assessments, and ADA litigation. To facilitate his accessibility surveys, Mr. Safranek has also personally created and fabricated a number of innovative tools for verifying compliance with applicable accessibility requirements and facilitating survey operations in the field.
