Elaine Andersen is a nationally recognized accessibility specialist and designer with over 20 years of experience guiding projects from concept through construction. She has consulted on hundreds of accessibility projects across Texas and across the US.

Elaine brings deep knowledge of accessibility standards, including Universal Design principles, as well as holds multiple certifications—including RAS, ADA Coordinator (Advanced Title III), and APAC-BE.

A Navy veteran and active community volunteer, Elaine supports Habitat for Humanity and mentors young women in construction through Camp NAWIC.  Elaine was also honored to be a guest lecturer through the Fall 2026 Texas A&M graduate-level architecture studio focusing on accessibility, universal and inclusive design methodology.
