Angela is a Technical Director for the Northwest and Colorado regions at theACCESSpartnership, overseeing accessibility services including design and constructability reviews, work in place verification, construction observation, and property and facility condition assessments. With over 15 years of experience, she has evaluated a wide range of property types including hotels, offices, retail centers, theaters, multifamily housing, senior living, student housing, and affordable housing for developers, architects, construction teams, and legal teams involved in accessibility related complaints.

She is an ICC Certified Accessibility Inspector/Plans Examiner and holds the APAC BE credential. Angela serves as a Member at Large on the APA Board of Directors, chairs the Events and Education Committee, and is the current Rocky Mountain Chapter President. She has also completed executive education at the Harvard Graduate School of Design focused on accessibility standards and litigation under the ADA, FHA, Architectural Barriers Act, and Section 504.
