Rita Kuhn has served as an interested party on the ICC A117.1 Bathing Code Revisions Committee since 2020, bringing a manufacturer's perspective to the development of national accessibility standards for bathing spaces. As V.P. of Commercial Sales for American Bath Group, she leads product strategy for safe, code-compliant bathing solutions used in senior living and healthcare settings — including assisted bathing shower bases, ADA-compliant shower doors, and trench drain shower systems.

Rita manages a team of 30 commercial salespeople who partner with architects, engineers, and designers on healthcare, senior living, hospitality, and multifamily projects nationwide. American Bath Group is the parent company of 22 bathing manufacturing brands and 40 manufacturing plants across the U.S. and Canada. Rita joined ABG in 2016 and works remotely from New Orleans, LA.
