Update on Ownership Forms
We continue to meet with TDLR every month or so to discuss the owner registration process and improvements to the new forms and policies. There will be some revised forms coming out, but they are not quite ready to publish. As a government agency, TDLR must follow very specific procedures, so we have to be patient as they work through each step. As always, continue to use the forum to ask questions or reach out directly to TDLR or the APA Texas Chapter leadership team if you have issues with project registration.
